Frequently Asked Questions
How do I mark a stadium as visited?
Open the stadium from the list or map, then tap the "Mark as Visited" button on the stadium detail screen. You can also set the date you visited. To undo a visit, open the stadium again and tap "Remove Visit."
How do I add photos to a memory?
After marking a stadium as visited, open it and tap "Add Memory." From the memory editor you can attach photos from your camera roll or take a new photo directly. Photos are securely stored in the cloud and synced across your devices.
How do I delete my account and data?
Go to Settings and tap "Delete Account." This will permanently remove your profile, all visited-stadium records, memories, and photos from our servers. You can also email support@ballparkbucketlist.app to request deletion, and we will process it within 30 days.
How do the AI features work?
The app uses Anthropic's Claude AI to help you write richer memories, plan road trips between stadiums, and explore baseball history. When you use an AI feature, your prompt is sent securely through our servers to the AI and the response is returned to you. Your prompts are not stored or used for model training. How do I report a bug?
Send an email to support@ballparkbucketlist.app with a description of what happened, what you expected, and any screenshots that might help. Please include your device model and iOS version so we can investigate quickly.
Is my data backed up?
Yes. All of your visits, memories, and photos are stored securely in the cloud using Firebase. As long as you are signed in, your data is automatically synced and available if you switch devices or reinstall the app.
